"Their operator agent Millie was exception in resolving a clerical error on their part for my homeowners insurance not coming out monthly. They were kind, understanding, and forthcoming on it being a mistake on their part, and focusing on fixing it rather than blame. She listened to me ramble, explain myself, and was calm, collected, and focused on resolution. Above and beyond what she was meant to do, her and Beverly both. God bless y'all."
